Introduction

These turkey & spinach meatballs are great on their own, on pasta or as a meatball sub! These turkey & spinach meatballs are great on their own, on pasta or as a meatball sub!

Ingredients

    1/2 tbsp olive oil
    3 cloves of galic, minced
    1 bunch of fresh spinach
    1 21 oz package of ground turkey
    1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
    italian seasoning
    garlic seasoning
    1/2 jar of your favorite tomato sauce

Directions

sautee garlic in olive oil and then add spinach until wilted. take off heat and allow to cool a bit. mix ground turkey in a bowl with italian seasoning, garlic seasoning and parmesan cheese. add spinach and garlic to ground turkey and mix until all ingredients are combined well. make into small meatballs and cook until browned. add tomato sauce and cover for another 10 minutes. makes about 30 meatballs - 6 meatballs per serving.
