8oz ground sirloin 95% lean (browned weight was 227G)
119 G Onion, about a half of large onion
454g cabbage, used one full bag of dole coleslaw mix
206g baby carrots, used a good handful, cut
1c shredded zucchini, used from freezer to get in more veggies
450g corn, about 2-2 1/2 C of frozen sweet corn cut from cob.
4oz pasta, used elbows, but any shape you like for soup is suitable
    2t minced garlic, or cloves
    1t garlic powder
9t onion soup base, or any other bouillon will do
8 c water, more or less depending on your taste, but these ingredients made 14 finished cups of soup, so nuitrition is calc'd on 14 - 1C servings
    salt and pepper to taste

Brown your ground beef and drain. Cut vegetables. Put everything (except pasta) into the crock pot, stir. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Add cooked pasta at the end when you are ready to serve.
If you are not making this in a crock pot, you'd cook long enough for vegetables to be tender - 45 min estimated.
This made 14 cups of soup. If you add more or less water, this will change.
