Ingredients
-
Halibut Steak (12 oz.)
1/4 cup dark soy sauce
1 Tbl Sriracha Chili Sauce
2 Tbl Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
2 Tbl cider vinegar
1 Tbl fresh cilantro, minced

Combine all ingredients (except halibut) in small bowl. Stir until Splenda is dissolved. Using a double thickness of aluminium foil, make a cooking container that just fits the halibut. Place foil-wrapped fish on cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Serves 2-3.
