Ingredients

    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 c brown sugar
    2 T mustard
    1 1/2 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp worcestershire suace
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1 (13 1/4) oz bottle ketchup
    8 (4 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breast

Directions

Combine all ingredients, but chicken, in saucepan; stir well.
Bring to boil over medium heat. Cover, reduce heat, simmer 20 minutes. Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Grill chicken over medium heat. Baste chicken occasionally with sauce until chicken is done.
