    Very Good
I enjoyed the rice very much. Next time I will be either adding more lime or ginger in order to bring out the flavor even more and will add almonds. I didn't miss the meat or sauce you would normally add to rice. I had a grapefruit, this rice, and a few peanuts for a very satisfying meal. - 5/15/11

It sounds delicious. Next time hubby and I have "chicken" (I'm a vegetarian, so we don't actually eat chicken), I will have to try it! Thanks for sharing! - 10/29/08

    Incredible!
Awesome. Made it with Grilled Garlic Salmon and it was perfect! I substitued Brown Rice for the batsami, though. The cooking time was a little longer, but worth it!!! - 6/19/07

I really enjoyed this! I had it with a recipe I made called Pineapple-Ginger Pork chops...It all came together providing a nice refreshing taste of the tropics. - 5/21/07

OH MY GAWD! Although deleted the salt because I am on a very low sodium diet ... this made my day! - 3/27/07
