This yummy, slow-cooked pumpkin chili is a perfectly easy to enjoy a hearty dinner in cool weather. This yummy, slow-cooked pumpkin chili is a perfectly easy to enjoy a hearty dinner in cool weather.

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground turkey, 93% lean
    1 can white beans
    2 sweet potatoes, medium
    1 cup canned pumpkin
    1 can whole tomatoes
    4 tsp chili powder (or 1 packet of chili seasoning)
    2 tsp ground cinnamon (or to taste)

Directions

Cut sweet potatoes into cubes. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker (crock pot) and mix together.

Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.

Makes 6 1-cup servings.
