Ingredients

2 eggs - medium
1 cup splenda
1cup peeled and finely chopped apple
1cup peeled and chopped pears
1 cup flour
2tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
water
cinnimon to taste
Directions
Pre heat over to 350 degrees and grease two 9" pie pans well.
Beat eggs till light and frothy, add in splenda in small amounts till well mixed in different mixing bowl add flour, baking powder, and salt - mix well
Spoon flour mix into egg mix slowly and adding enough water as you go to keep in a thick pudding consistancy.
Add apples and pears and fold till completely mixed. Pour into two 9" pie pans, sprinkle with cinnimon and bake for 25-30 min. till top browns slightly. Makes 6 servings per pie pan.
