Ingredients

    3 cups rice noodles
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/3 cup hoisin sauce
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
    1 tbsp ginerroot
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 cups broccoli florets
    2 cups mushrooms
    1/2 cup frozen green peas
    1/3 cup coarsely chopped green onions
    2 tsp basil

Directions

cook chicken in wok andd broccoli, mushrooms, and red pepper. Cook until veges are crisp. Add peas and onions. Add sauce and basil. Add pasta and cook unitl heated through.
