Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Great Value Broccoli Stir Fry (16 oz bag equals 6 servings or 4.5 cups)
    2 tablespoons Lite Soy Sauce
    1 tablespoon rice vinegar
    1 teaspoon Cornstarch
    1/2 teaspoon Splenda
    1/4 teaspoon minced Ginger Root
    1/4 teaspoon red or cayenne (or to taste)
    1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
    2 cloves minced Garlic
    1 cup cooked rice or noodles


Directions

Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced ginger, cornstarch, splenda, sesame oil and cayenne pepper in a small bowl to make sauce. Set aside. Spray a non-stick skillet or wok with cooking spray and saute garlic until lightly browned. Add 1 - 16 oz. bag of Great Value Broccoli Stir-Fry and stir fry for 7-10 minutes. Add sauce and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Serve over rice or vermicelli noodles. (Rice and noodles are not included in nutritional value)
