Ingredients

    6 Ice Cubes
    1/2 cup Pumpkin (boiled, drained, without salt & cooled - Frozen also workes well for this recipe.)
    1 cup fat free milk
    1 scoop protein powder
    1/8 tsp vanilla extract
    2 packets Splenda
    Pumpkin Pie Spice (to taste)

Directions

Blend all ingridients together until desired "Shake" consistancy.
