1 - 11.5 oz bag Baked Nacho Cheese Doritos
1 - 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes
1 - 10 oz can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 - 10 oz can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
1 pound cooked diced chicken breast
Directions
Crush Doritos and pour into a large bowl. Pour the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and mix them well. Put into a casserole dish and bake at about 375 for 20 minutes (this can be altered, as it is just to warm it up). Serves about 8.

I don't really know, I am thinking because of the spicyness of the Rotel tomatoes. I have eaten a lot more fattening version of this (regular doritoes, cheese (lots of it) and regular cream of chicken and mushroom soups) for over 20 years and that is the name that came with the recipe.
