Ingredients

    2 lbs pork butt steaks
    1 pkg onion soup mix
    3/4 cup bread crumbs
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

Mix All dry ingredients together. Rinse pork steaks in water then coat with dry ingredients. Spray non-stick baking pan with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
