This Family-pleasing soup is as easy to as it is hearty. This Family-pleasing soup is as easy to as it is hearty.
Number of Servings: 4


    One 14.5 oz Can diced tomatoes with Onion and garlic, Undrained
    One 14oz Can reduced-sodium beef broth
    1.5 cups water
    .5 Tsp Dried Italian Seasoning crushed
    8oz Frozen Italian style meatballs
    1 cup frozen loose-pack mixed vegetables
    1/2 cup small dried pasta (such as ditalini or orzo)
    1Tbsp shredded or grated parmesan (optional)


In a large saucepan combine undrained tomatoes, broth, water, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil. Add Meatballs, Frozen vegetables, and pasta. Return to boiling: reduce heat. Simmer, covered, about 10minutes or until vegetables and pasta are tender. If desired, sprinkle each serving with parmesan.
