Ingredients

    1tab garlic powder
    1tab onion powder
    2tab butter
    2cups water
    2cups milk
    2cups shredded chedder cheese
    4 small potaotes
    2tea bouillon chicken past
    16oz frozen broccoli

Directions

cook broccoli and potatoes in water with bouillon, garlic powder and onion powder, when tender mash add milk and cheese heat untill warm
makes 4 2cup servings at 536 calories, top with bacon, chives and sour cream
