Introduction

Quick and Easy. Use any type of fruit except citrus... Citrus is not good in this recipe!
This was always one of my son's favorite "grazing" dishes. I kept a big mixing bowl full in the fridge and he would dip into the fruit salad instead of getting chips or other not so healthy snacks.!

Ingredients

    Apples
    Cantaloupe
    Honeydew
    Grapes
    Kiwi
    etc...

    Dressing
    ***Honey
    ***Cilantro (must be fresh)
    ***Lime Juice (bottled is fine)

The only part of this recipe that is a MUST is the honey, cilantro and lime juice.
Use any type of fruit other than citrus, the market and your imagination are the limit for this dish!

Directions

cut up your favorite fruits (be creative!) Whisk honey, chopped cilantro and lime juice together. Taste it and adjust it to your satisfaction... I like a lot of cilantro, some people don't. Pour the dressing over the cut fruit. This salad can be put in the fridge to marinate or served right away.
