Ingredients

    2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach
    1 stick butter, softened and halved
    1 lg pkg cream cheese, softened
    1/2 pkg Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Directions

Thaw spinach and squeeze to remove moisture. Mix spinach with cream cheese and half the butter. Place in casserole and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Melt remaining butter and stir in stuffing mix. Remove spinach from oven and top with stuffing. Return to oven and bake and additional 15 minutes. Cover if bread crumbs brown too quickly. Serves 6.

    Very Good
    I have made this recipe many times before. We always add alittle tabasco sauce before baking.. This time I used low fat cream cheese. Could not tell any difference - 11/16/10
