Introduction

This is quick simple and delicious I serve mine along with a lemon boneless chicken legs This is quick simple and delicious I serve mine along with a lemon boneless chicken legs
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cupgreen beans cut into 2 inch pieces
    2 cups minute rice
    2 cups chicken broth
    cooking spray
    1 small onion chopped
    2 tblsp fat free cream cheese
    juice of 1/2 lemon (add additional to taste)
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

heat saute pan spray with cooking spray add onion cook for 2-3 minutes add green beans cook additional 2 minutes add in rice and broth bring to boil reduce heat and cook low for 5 minutes stirring occasionally test to see if rice cooked and liquid absorbed stir in cream cheese and lemon juice taste season with salt and pepper to taste

if need can add additional lemon juice to taste

serves 6
