Introduction

I like to mix the Frank's with the Blue Cheese and dip my fork full of lettuce and chicken into the dressing...hmmmmmm good. and pretty spicy. This is not for the weak! Ingredients

    * T. Marzetti Light Chunky Blue Cheese dressing, 2 tbsp
    * Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing sauce,1 tbsp.
    * Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded
    * Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces grilled
    * Kraft FAT FREE Shredded Chedar Cheese, 28 oz

Directions

Just your typical salad prep.
Shred romaine add spinach
sprinkle cheese
add chopped grilled chicken

dip freely in hot sauce mixed with the blue cheese

    I do this without the blue cheese, shredded cheddar cheese and spinach. This really saves on the calories.

    I do the chicken in the microwave (80% power), then chunk it or used canned chunk chicken.

    I add 1 T. lime juice to change it up sometimes. ALL GOOD!
