* Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing sauce,1 tbsp.
* Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded
* Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
* Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces grilled
* Kraft FAT FREE Shredded Chedar Cheese, 28 oz
