Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 (10oz) can, Low Fat Mushroom Soup
    2 (6oz) cans Tuna Packed in Water, drained
    1/2 cup minced white onion
    1 (8oz) pkg Low Fat Cream Cheese
    1 cup grated Low Fat Cheddar
    2 Tblsp Garlic Powder
    12 oz whole wheat Macaroni noodles, cooked

    1 slice White Bread
    1/2 cup grated Low Fat Cheddar
    1 Tblsp Garlic Powder

Directions

In a large bowl, cream together first 6 ingredients. Fold in cooked macaroni.
Pour mixture into greased 9x11 casserole dish.
In food processor, combine slice of bread, cheese and remaining garlic powder until crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over casserole mixture.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 mins, or until topping is golden brown.
I like to serve this with broccoli (Not included in nutritional value)

    Good
    I was suprised to not see any salt or pepper, and was shocked at the amount of garlic powder. Maybe it's supposed be teaspoons? Still too much, should substitute some salt and pepper (not much) and omit about half or more of the garlic powder. Otherwise, VERY good! (I also added peas) - 5/7/09
