Ingredients

3 cans of Navy Beans - rinsed
1 Tablespoon of EVOO
3 cans of Low sodium chicken broth
3 carrots diced
3 stalks of celery diced
1 cup of diced onion
1 cup of ham chopped
1 cup of potato chopped
1 ham bone
spices: 2 cloves & 3 pepper berries in sachet
Directions
Saute veggies in 1 Tablespoon of oil for 10 minutes, add other ingredients. Cook over medium low heat for 1 hour until potato is cooked.
