Ingredients

    Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 2 lb, cubed
    Carrots, raw, 5 medium, sliced
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 5 cloves, chopped
    Thyme, fresh, 1 Tbsp
    Beef broth, 1 can (14 oz), ready-to-serve
    Potato, raw, 2 medium cubed
    McCormick Brown Gravy, 4 tbsp

Directions

1. Prepare ingredients according to ingredients list.
2. Place into slow cooker with beef being the final ingredient being the beef, do NOT add the gravy powder yet.
3. Turn onto low for 6 hours.
4. Stir content and add in brown gravy powder.
5. Turn to high and let cook 2 more hours.
