Introduction

You could use any of your favorite fruits to add to this delicious and healthy smoothie. Great for breakfast, or a snack. My daughter even loves it! I like my fruit frozen to make it extra thick (Great tip is to put almost 'too ripe' bananas to be peeled and put into the freezer til you want to make this!) Ingredients

    1 cup apple juice
1 1/2 cup Light Vanilla Soy Milk (Use whatever flavor you want)
    4 strawberries (Frozen, optional)
    1 medium banana (Frozen, optional)
1/2 cup peach slices (frozen, optional)
2 scoops your favorite protein powder (Mine is Aria Vanilla Women's Protein)

Directions

Put the first 5 items in the blender and blend til smooth. Then add the protein powder, still on if you can to prevent lumps (If you have the little notch that comes out open it, if not, turn blender off first.)

Makes about four 1 cup servings or of course two 2 cup servings.
