Ingredients

    Ronzoni Whole Wheat Wide Noodles, 6 cup
    Onions, raw, 1.5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Garlic, 6 cloves
    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    Mushrooms, cooked, 2 cup pieces
    Mushroom Gravy, 2 cup
    Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 cup
    Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 8 tbsp
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 8 tsp

Directions

brown ground beef and add garlic and onion, all finely diced. add mushrooms nad allow to cook down, drain mixture, do not rinse. in pot combine soup, gravy, sour cream, and worcestershire sauce, combine. Boil pasta, drain, combine all ingredients, serve hot. Make 8 1.25 Cup servings

    The calorie count is way off. It was calculated with ground turkey and yogurt, not beef and sour cream, and also includes ketchup and soy sauce. As a previous poster said, it does not include the noodles either. - 7/7/10

    This sounds yummy and I will be trying it this week. However, the noodles are left out of the nutritional calculation, and they would add over 200 calories. - 2/17/10

    I forgot to add the garlic powder salt and pepper to the main ingredients, they are figured into the recipe.. 1 t. of each... That will help!
