Ingredients

    2 links Turkey Italian sausage (fresh, not cured); stewed tomatoes; 2 medium zucchini, chopped; 1 summer squash, sliced; 1/2 medium onion, chopped (optional).

Directions

Brown turkey sausage in large skillet with chopped onion, if using. Add tomatoes. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add zucchini. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve.
