A slightly sweet yet spicy and savoury dip perfect for naan bread, crackers or veggies. A slightly sweet yet spicy and savoury dip perfect for naan bread, crackers or veggies.

Ingredients

    1 cup pureed mango
    1 cup fat-free skim plain yogurt
    1 tsp. cumin powder
    1 tsp. chili powder

Directions

Combine the mango, yogurt, chili and cumin and mix well, Cover and chill at least one hour to let the flavours meld. Season to taste .. I like adding hot sauce, personally.
Serve with veggies, naan bread or crackers.
Makes 2 cups.
