Ingredients

    1 box Betty Crocker Supermoist Carrot Cake mix
    2 egg whites
    1 whole egg
    1 1/2 c canned pumpkin
    6 oz diet Coke
    1/2 c raisins

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9*13 pan with nonstick spray. Combine all ingredients, pour into pan and bake 25-30 minutes.
