Ingredients

    1 house stereo set on your favorite Radio station or have you favorite cd playing.
    *Chick Peas, 2 cup
    * Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 head, large (remove)
    * *Planters Dry Roasted Peanuts (Unsalted), 4.5 oz (remove)
    * Hard Boiled Egg, 4.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Onions, red, 3.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Cucumber (with peel), 3.5 cup slices (remove)
    * *Hormel Bacon Bits, 12 tbsp (remove)
    * *Kraft Mozzarella, Fat Free, 2.5 cup (remove)
    * *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 2.5 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
    * Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1.5 cup, hulled (remove)
    * *Breakstone's Fat Free Cottage Cheese, 8 cup (remove)

    *Cardini's Aged Parmesan Ranch Dressing, 1.5 tbsp

Directions

Get out your biggest Party salad bowl, 1 slicing knife , and a table spoon. MAKE SURE YOU GOT YOUR TUNES GOING or it won't turn out right. An get out your salad spoon and fork to use for mixing.

Then chop up your head of lettuce into very thin strips. An then place it all in the bowl, then chop up your 4 1/2 cps. of hardboiled eggs, your red onions of 3.5 cups, and your 3.5 cups of cucumber with peel and place it all in the bowl with your lettuce, then add your Hormel Bacon Bits, 12 tbsp and your Kraft Mozzarella, Fat Free, 2.5 cup then use your salad fork and spoon to mix up the salad. Then add your Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 2.5 cup, chopped or sliced and your Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1.5 cup and Planters Dry Roasted Peanuts (Unsalted), 4.5 oz and your Chick Peas, 2 cup and mix it all up. Once it has all been blended serve it into salad bowls. Then take your Breakstone's Fat Free Cottage Cheese adding to taste on the top. Then to top it off add your Cardini's Aged Parmesan Ranch Dressing, 1.5 tbsp drizzling it over the top and then serve feeling really good with a healthy party snack that knocked ya off your feet and made ya dance the healthy fat free dance of Life and ENJOY!

    I love salads but this one seems to be loaded with too much high calorie items. Bacon, nuts, cheeses. I eat mostly veggie salad and with a vinaigrette I make. Ranch dressing even in low calorie is still too high in calories. - 11/22/08
