Ingredients

    hominy - 1 can
    red kidney beans - 1 can
    corn - 1 can
    drain all of these
    add to pot but do NOT drain
    crushed or diced tomatoes - 1 can
    Rotel tomatoes with green chilies - 1 can
    beef broth - 1 can
    add to pot:
    1 pkg. dry taco mix
    1 pkg. dry ranch salad dressing
    1lb Velveeta Cheese
    Simmer together with hamburger mixture 15 to 20 minutes
