Ingredients

    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup (remove)
    Basil, 1 tsp (remove)
    Primo Thick & Zesty Romano Cheese & Basil Sauce, 1.5 cup (remove)
    No Name Grated Parmesan Cheese, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Bella Tavola Diced Tomatoes, 1.5 cup (remove)
    No Name Old Cheddar Cheese, 120 gram(s) (remove)
    PC 100% Whole Wheat Penne Pasta (1 serving= 1/5 box), 1.5 serving (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 9 ounces (remove)
    Philadelphia Light Plain Cream Cheese, 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Cook pasta according to package directions, adding the spinach to boiling water for the last 1 minute. Cut up chicken into cubes and cook in a non stick skillet, add basil. Add pasta sauce and tomatoes, bring to a boil and let simmer for 3 minutes. Stir in the cream cheese spread. Drain pasta mixture and add into the chicken mixture. Add 1/2 cup of cheese and spoon into a baking dish approx. 2L deep. Bake for 20 minutes and then sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese and the parmesan cheese. Serves 4.
