Introduction

Ingredients

    Dry Seer Fish 250 grams
    Sambhar Onions 400 grams
    Gingelly oil 250 ml
    Green chillies 20 nos
    Eggs 2
    Turmeric powder 2 pinches

Directions

Clean dry fish by soaking it in water for 15 to 20 minutes and then set it aside to dry

Heat the oil in a tawa and fry the finely cut onions for 3 minutes add the finely chopped chillies turmeric powder and salt to taste.

Add the dry fish and keep slowly folding it for 5 to 6 minutes in low heat till it blends well with the onions.

Beat the eggs.

Add it to the dry fish folding it in, till it lightly hardens.

Serve hot
