Ingredients

    2 frozen 9in pie shells
    3 cans (5.25 cups) pumpkin
    1 cup light brown sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
    6 lg eggs
    4 tblsp dk molasses

Directions

preheat oven to 425 Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil place pie shells on sheet.
Mix all ingrediants together and pour into pie shells. Bake for 40 minutes.
8 servings from each pie
