Ingredients

    One large green pepper
    one small container pimentos
    One small container of mushrooms ( or more)
    Olive Oil
    Turkey meat chopped up
    One can Cream of chicken soup
    Milk
    English Muffins (to toast and put Turkey Ala King on top of).

Directions

Heat olive oil in a large pan. One hot cook chopped grean peppers untill softened slightly. Add mushrooms and pimentos. Mix in one can of cream of chicken soup and one can of milk. Mix well and add in chopped turkey or chicken. Salt and pepper to taste.
Toast english muffin and top with the Turkey Ala King.
