Introduction

Fruit salad with a twist. Fruit salad with a twist.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    3 apples
    2 bananas
    juice from one lemon
    juice from one orange
    2 oz.. of raisins
    1 serving (34 grams) of miniature marshmallows

Directions

Cut of fruit in bite-size pieces. Add lemon and orange juice, raisins and marshmallows.
Feel free to vary the fruit selection.
Makes about 5 servings- 1 fruit per person, basically.

    Thanks - my Mom makes Waldorf salad - but I don't like the nuts, celery and extra fat from mayonnaise, so I just replaced them with fresh lemon and orange juice.
