Ingredients

    8 oz. Sour cream, reduced fat
    2-3 cups cubed or shredded chicken cooked
    1 small can green chilies
    1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup (98% fat free)
    1 cup cheddar cheese (low fat)
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 pkg whole wheat tortillas
    shredded cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Mix first five ingredients well and spoon into small whole wheat tortillas. Roll up and put into baking dish. Pour sauce over the enchiladas. Bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and top enchiladas with cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serve while hot or put in refridgerator for later. They taste great for leftovers. :)
