Ingredients

    8 cups non fat milk
    10 ounces nonfat evaporaed milk (canned)
    16 tsp splenda
    1 1/2 cups cooked rice
    2tbsp cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla
    3 boxes raisins(optional)
    ( cooked in water to plump)

Directions

In a 2 quart baking dish put in milks, add splenda, vanilla, cinnamon, mix, then add cooked rice, and stir until blended. Add raisins.
Bake in 325 degree oven for 20 minutes, stir, bake another 15 minutes, stir, Bake until skin forms, if desired.
Set on wire rack to cool slightly.
Makes 16 1/2 cup servings
