Ingredients

    1 can Diced Tomates, no salt added
    1 box Zatarain's Jambalaya Mix, reduced sodium
    1 c diced mixed bell peppers
    1/2 c dehydrated onion flakes
    12 oz pork lion, cubed
    2 1/2 c water

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a 3 quart glass dish and cover, then put in Microwave on high for 20 to 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Enjoy...
