Introduction

Quick and Easy... and super yummy! (Oh - and high in fiber!!!!) Quick and Easy... and super yummy! (Oh - and high in fiber!!!!)
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 package Fiber Gourmet Pasta (8 oz)
    .5 can of Hunts Mushrooms Spaghetti Sauce (26.5 oz)
    1 (14.5 oz) can Stewed Italian Tomatoes
    Oven Roasted Garlic (8-10 cloves)
    1 cup mushrooms
    12 Frozen Italian style meatballs
    Shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

Oven roast the Garlic (400 degrees for apx 45 minutes)
Cook Pasta according to package directions
Heat Sauce and Stewed Tomatoes with Mushrooms
Heat Meatballs (in pan for 6 minutes, or oven for 10-15)
Add heated meatballs and roasted cloves of garlic to sauce. Drain Pasta and serve.
Top with Parmesan.
