Ingredients
-
2 tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup water
1 cube chicken broth
1 half chicken chest and wing diced
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced french beans
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp fresh ginger
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp ajino moto
1/3 tsp cinammon
1/2 cup peanuts
1 dash agar agar to thicken
Directions
Chop the onion, mince the garlic cloves and ginger, and dice the other veggies.
Ground the peanuts with a mortar or hammer.
Dice the chicken in little bits.
Warm a pan or wok with the peanuts in high fire.
Add the oil then the onion, garlic, and ginger.
Add the chicken if not cooked, and the rest of the veggies.
Season with the chicken broth, cumin, pepper, etc.
Add the water and soy sauce to taste.
It's important to not overcook the veggies so that they stay crunchy, once you find the seasoning right cut the fire, and ready ^^
