Ingredients

    Kraft Mac-n-Cheese Dinner
    1lb ground beef, lean
    30% less sodium taco seasoning
    1 cup sour cream
    4 cups shredded cheddar

Directions

makes 6 1cup servings

Heat oven to 400F. Prepare mac-n-cheese as stated on the box. While doing that, brown ground beef and mix in taco seasoning as directed on package.

Stir sour cream into prepared mac-n-cheese, spoon half into 8-inch square baking dish. Top with layer of meat mixture (all of it), 2 cups cheddar cheese, and remaining mac-n-cheese. Cover with foil.

Bake 15 minutes. Top with remaining cheddar and bake 5 minutes uncovered or until cheese is melted.

    Incredible!
    This was awesome...good carbs, good protein. With something this good, it's hard to stop at one serving. - 2/9/10
