Ingredients

    1 cup sugar
    3/4 c. water
    1/2c. dried tart cherries
    1/4c. lime juice 2tbsp. chopped crystallized ginger
    pinch salt
    1 bag cranberries 12 0z.

Directions

boil all together,(except cranberries) until sugar dissolves.
add cranberries and simmer until berries pop and sause thickens, about 10min. chill 2 hours before serving
Note try more or less ginger according to prefered taste 20 servings=65 cal per serving
