Introduction

The Ranchero Sauce is a seperate recipe. Make the sauce, chop the veggies and store in sealable containers to make breakfast a snap. Don't be discouraged by the calorie count, with this recipe and the Ranchero Sauce recipe the total calories are 355.4, but remember... That includes all condiments such as sour cream and corn tortillas and is made with a whole egg. Just keep in mind that this is a complete dish, it is not necessary to add anything to the meal. Your personal substitutions can lower that calorie number as well. The Ranchero Sauce is a seperate recipe. Make the sauce, chop the veggies and store in sealable containers to make breakfast a snap.
