Ingredients

    3.3 Cups of Quaker Oat Bran hot cereal
    10 tsp Splenda
    3 Large Egg Whites (Slightly Beaten)
    3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3 tbsp Fax Seed Meal
    1/4 cup of 1% milk
    1.25 cups of water
    3 tsp Baking Powder
    6 tsp Cinnamon Ground
    Optional
    2/3 cup of Blueberries (Frozen)

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 F. Line muffin cups with paper or spray bottoms only with no=stick cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients, mix well. Add combined milk, water,egg whites, oil mixed well to dry ingredients until moistened. Fill prepared muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown The reason for muffin cups is it shapes the cookie.
