Ingredients

    Jack Daniel's Honey Smokehouse BBQ Sauce, 32 tbsp

    Soy Sauce, .25 cup

    Soup, beef broth bouillon and consomme, canned, condensed, commercial, 1 can (10.5 oz)

    Beef chuck, 3 lb

    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup

    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup

    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped

    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced

    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped

    Peas, frozen, 1 cup

    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.5 cup kernels

    Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)

    Maple Syrup, .20 cup

    black papper, 1.5 tsp

Directions

Put beef chuck in crock pot
Add soy sauce, pepper, tenderizer
Mix up then add barbeque sauce and maple syrup
mix
add veggies
cook in crockpot for 6 to 8 hours
