Introduction

Ingredients

    2 6-oz cans crabmeat drained (makes about 1 cup of meat once drained)
    About 1 TBSP finely ghopped green or anaheim pepper
    About 1 TBSP finely chopped red bell pepper
    1 small package cream cheese
    About 3 TBSP shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature.
Mix all ingredients except parmesan cheese togehter in a small bowl. Pour into a shallow baking dish. Top with pramesan cheese. Bake at 375 for ablut 10 minutes or until cheese on top is melted and dish is bubbly.
Serve immediately either with fresh tortillia chips or crackers.

    Incredible!
    Made this for a Super Bowl party - delicious. Sautéed 1/2 an onion and 1/2 a red pepper with PAM. I'm in New Orleans, so I had to add some cayenne and creole seasoning for some more zing! This is a keeper!! Thanks! - 2/3/13
