Ingredients

    1 cup dried bulgur (soak in boiling water and then squeeze out)
    1 cup olive oil
    lemon juice (4 lemons)
    flat italian parsely chopped fine
    Grated carrot
    2 cucumbers
    salt to taste

Directions

add boiling water to bulgur and let set.
Squeeze out extra water when ready to add
finely chop 3 - 4 bunches of flat parsely
chop up scallions
grate carrots
salt to tase and add lemon juice.
