Ingredients

    12 whole low fat cinnamon graham crackers
    1 tub (8 oz.) fat free whipped topping
    1 can of pumpkin
    pumpkin pie spice optional

Directions

mix pumpkin and thawed whipped topping together and spoon onto half the graham crackers and then cover with the other half. Put in the freezer until set to desired hardness and enjoy. They get better with time-but don't wait too long the cracker may get alittle soft.

    Very Good
    This recipe was very good, but it definitely needs the pumpkin pie spice. Very cool & creamy. I used honey grahams. The cinnamon crackers would be even better. 12 servings using honey grahams= 104 calories, 1g fat, 107mg sodium, 1g protien, 1g fiber, and 22g carbs - 1/9/09

    truly this should be about 12 servings...I don't believe that they are 73 calories though...I couldn't get the calculator to work for me...I use low/no fat everything.
