Introduction
This is a rice dessert that my Memere made at the holidays for the family. There is rice, whipping cream and crush pineapples in this easy recipe. Ingredients

1. 1 cup of uncooked long grain rice
2. 1 can crushed pineapples
3. 1 cup sugar
4. 1 pint heavy whipping cream
Directions
1. Cook the long grain rice according to package instrutions. once rice is cooked. Drain rice with cold water until no water left. Then refrigerate until cold.
2. Also take the pineapple out of can and let drain to get all the juice out.In the refrigerator.
3. also put the beaters and a mixing bowl in the refrigerator to get nice and cold.
4 once everything is cold then you will take the mixer and beaters out you put the cream and the 1 cup of sugar into the bowl and mix untill you have peak in the cream.
5. Then you take the pineapples and mix into the cream. then you follow up with the rice and mix all toughter with a spatula. refrigerate until ready to eat. "Makes 8 1- cup servings"
