Ingredients

    1 can of Dark Red Kidney Beans
    1 can of Yellow Corn
    1 Stalk of Celery Chopped in small pieces
    3 servings of Salsa - I'd say just to moisten the mixture
    about 3- 4 tbsp of Cilantro to taste.

Directions

Just mix the ingredients together. Thats it. Very light and yet filling!
