Ingredients

    96% fat free cubed ham
    Kraft mild cheddar cheese
    Fresh onion (diced)
    Green pepper (diced)
    One large egg
    3 large egg whites

Directions

Shred cheese, dice onions and peppers and set aside. Separate yolks from 3 eggs and discard. Heat large skillet. Beat 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites together in small bowl. Pour eggs into skillet and allow to spread over bottom of skillet. Evenly spread other ingredients on one half of egg mixture. When eggs have cooked sufficiently, fold other half of eggs over and allow omelette to cook on low to med. heat until eggs are cooked through. Remove from skillet and serve.
