2 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup splenda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
4 tbsp low fat margarine
1 scoop protein powder
1 9inc unbaked pie crust
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In food processor, put sweet potatoes, milk, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, eggs and margarine. Blend until smooth. Pour into pie shell
